Quintessential believes that one of its main points of difference from many other Property syndicators is that it first looks at the engineering quality of a building rather than how it can financially engineer a building. Like everything in life, if the foundations are not solid you have nothing to build on. We see buildings and property developments the same way. If the property cannot provide the no compromise engineering solutions that Quintessential requires, then it will not be assessed as a suitable purchase. Quintessential buys buildings first and cash flow second.

Quintessential provides Wholesale Client Investors the opportunity to own an interest in buildings/property that they may not otherwise be able to be a part of.

Quintessential is a one stop shop for Investors as it sources the property, undertakes an extensive due diligence, puts into place the required finance, acquires it, manages and financially controls it, undertakes the necessary CAPEX or where appropriate develops it and sells it when the time is right.

The Investor has peace of mind that the needs of their investment is being attended to on a daily basis using the expertise and experience of the Quintessential personnel so as to provide the Investor with a high annual return coupled with capital gains.
