Quintessential Equity is a property company, not a fund manager, committed to delivering our investors high risk-mitigated returns.
Accordingly, we have a team of property “Professionals” with the qualifications and expertise to adopt a hands-on approach to:
- Identify and analyse a property to determine if it meets our strict purchase criteria so that we can offer it to our investors;
- Conduct our intensive due diligence process;
- Manage the daily running of each investment property;
- Project manage developments, refurbishments and fit-outs;
- Adopt a key role in lease negotiations directly with new tenants or existing tenants;
- Undertake a competitive sale process to maximise the selling price of a property.
In addition, our team includes “best of breed” consultants and professionals who support our team and work with us to ensure we can provide our tenants and investors with the best outcomes.
Quintessential Equity is continually developing and adding to its highly experienced team of property and investment professionals based in Melbourne and Sydney so as to be able to identify the properties and opportunities Australia wide that meet its strict selection criteria and then undertake the necessary activities to deliver the best possible outcomes to investors.
Senior members of the team include:
