For Agents

APPROACH
We target core-plus and value-add assets which have potential to provide an exceptional destination for businesses to thrive.
We rely on selling agents to introduce us to opportunities with untapped value, including those that are not market-ready and may need to be dealt with discreetly. In return, we strive to provide a ‘no’ or indicative level of interest within a short timeframe. Our in-house construction and development expertise helps us understand angles to extract value where others can’t.
We are capital ready.
With consistent available capital and an established track record, we want to be your preferred buyer in the market.

Why work with us?
Partnerships
Through agencies, we work with vendors to understand their problems and find the best solutions to enable the transaction to be performed.
Recognition and Reward
We trade assets and this means more fees for agents. We have a commitment to the selling agent that they will be appointed on the exit sale of the asset on a sole or conjunctional basis, as well as potentially undertaking the leasing and property management.
Expertise
Since 2010, we have led some of Australia’s most complex regeneration programs. We recognise opportunities to extract value on assets that require major CAPEX works and/or have a high vacancy rate.
