Andrew has great attention to detail and his expertise and skills include running large profitable operating businesses, reporting to boards and investment committees, establishing strategic plans, implementing business plans, raising capital and engagement with domestic and international investors.

Over the years, some of Andrew’s key achievements include having developed and acquired more than $25b of real estate across key sectors and overseeing and leading the management of Australia’s largest office portfolio.

Andrew has held the title of number one developer of office buildings across Australia over the last 30 years and the number one developer of world-leading sustainable buildings across Australia over the previous 15 years. Both are Australian all-time records, driven by Andrew’s passion for growth, change, and integration.

With experience spanning over 15 years across Australia and the UK, Robert brings a range of expertise to his role as General Manager of Development Origination. His knowledge of various markets and sectors in all stages of property development, from inception to execution, enables him to identify and convert new development opportunities that add great value to Quintessential’s ongoing and expanding portfolio. With his strategic thinking and ability to take initiative, Robert drives all activities across the origination process including transactions, site acquisitions, optioning sites, bid coordination, leasing commitments, and feasibility analysis. Robert originates new development opportunities specialising in office development and manages various stages of the due diligence process.

Robert’s trained eye for unique development opportunities sees attractive risk adjusted returns for each and every project. As an enthusiastic and motivated project leader, Robert maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders, expanding business connections across the property industry. Since joining Quintessential in 2019, Robert has completed numerous high value projects including the landmark $450m Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre in Adelaide and The Geelong Civic Precinct home to City of Geelong employees.

With over 20 years of experience in property and construction,David is a highly skilled Senior Development Manager. His balanced passion andpragmatism make him a valued asset to the Quintessential team.

His expertise spans project and development management acrossthe commercial, education, retail, health, residential, industrial, andhospitality/ leisure sectors. David effectively manages the conversion anddelivery of Quintessential’s development projects, ensuring performance metricsare met whilst delivering a high-quality project to the end user.

A dynamic leader and dedicated mentor, David oversees theDevelopment Management resources from an operational perspective.

Before joining Quintessential, he served as a Senior ProjectManager at Gallagher Jeffs where he successfully delivered an array of projectsacross all property sectors. He later joined Brookfield Properties as aDevelopment Manager, responsible for delivery of the 405 Bourke Streetdevelopment project, with a focus on managing the base building design andconstruct contract with Multiplex, the joint venture relationship with ISPT,and significant stakeholder management of the Owners Corporations and residentsthat interface with the development.

David has previously served on the Property Council ofAustralia’s Sustainable Development Committee and is currently a member of theProperty Council of Australia’s Future Trends & Innovations Committee.

Robert brings a background in Architecture and Project Management to the Development Team.

With experience in medium-density residential, large scale commercial, Health, and Hotels sectors, he leads projects from concept to completion. Robert’s Masters of Architecture from the University of Queensland strengthens his expertise working with Architects, Builders, and Project Management organisations. He anticipates and resolves issues throughout the development cycle, ensuring risk-mitigated outcomes. Passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency, Robert sits on the Property Council of Australia’s Sustainable Development Committee, informing public policy and industry education initiatives.

With nearly two decades of industry experience leading and delivering significant, complex projects in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, Rob’s knowledge of commercial office and design expertise makes him an instrumental Design Manager to the Quintessential team. In his role, Rob acts as a client side design project manager with a strong focus on the management of various consultants and the coordination of the development and existing asset teams to achieve desirable design outcomes.

Rob’s extensive experience leading and managing architectural and design team from the concept design phase right through to the completion sees every project managed with a close attention to detail. Rob’s breadth of experience with stakeholder management enables him to liaise with multiple parties to achieve successful project outcomes and ensure compliance with project budgets. Rob is also responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project related risks.

Since graduating from Dublin Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology in 2005, Rob has spent almost two decades developing his skills in the application and integration of architectural and construction technologies in the building design process. With career beginnings in Ireland as an Architectural Technician for Anthony Reddy Associates, Rob progressed to the role of Senior Associate and Project Leader for global architecture studio, Woods Baggot, where he worked on an array of project typologies, scales and phases from 2010 up until February 2022. As Project Lead, Rob was responsible for the management and coordination of projects valued up to $240M.

Rob is a highly-skilled technical professional with a passion for driving contemporary architecture and design. Quintessential and their clients continue to benefit from Rob’s opportunistic, resilient, and adaptive nature and dedication to his projects.

Justin is a highly accomplished Construction Manager with a track record of over 20 years in delivering successful buildings and civil engineering works across Australia.

He has worked with renowned commercial builders and property developers, overseeing projects nationwide. Notably, Justin played a key role in supervising over $500 million worth of commercial office buildings, tenant fit-outs, and retail precincts within the Collins Square complex in Melbourne. He collaborates closely with tenants, design consultants, builders, and the wider construction industry, aligning their visions to bring projects to fruition. Leading Quinessentials' in-house Design & Construction Team, Justin leverages their combined 50 years of Construction, Engineering, and Design expertise.

Kane is dedicated to delivering practical and innovative project solutions, covering various phases from concept bids to operations.

He collaborates with clients and project teams to effectively manage building design, with a focus on building services, technology, and sustainability to achieve the desired client and project goals. Before joining Quintessential, Kane spent 10 years as the Building Services Manager at Walker Corporation, overseeing the design and delivery of over 500,000 square meters of office space in their national portfolio. This included notable projects such as Collins Square and Parramatta Square.

With extensive experience coordinating development conversion and delivery, Sam is an asset to the Development team.

He implements marketing and leasing strategies, coordinates design and planning, and manages feasibility models across the portfolio. As an Assistant Development Manager, Sam supports the Senior Development Manager overseeing major projects, including nationally significant developments like the Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre in Adelaide. Sam’s Master’s in Property from RMIT has equipped him with a strong foundation in development, investment feasibility, valuation, and funds management. His commitment to staying updated with industry trends through attending conferences and professional development courses underscores his dedication to excellence and continuous learning.
