Quintessential Group of Companies (QGC) was a joint owner and the project manager for the development. The entire subdivision was approximately 10 acres and had native vegetation issues, which were resolved with council after extensive negotiations. The land was subdivided into 32 house allotments, in addition to which, through a land swap deal with council, a residential site for 8 units was developed and an adjoining car park was gained.
Outlook Terrace was originally two individual allotment of land that were to be combined to create a residential land subdivision of 32 lots.
The project was successfully completed by November 2012.
