Our Purpose

Quintessential is an integrated real estate manager specialising in value-add and core-plus property regeneration opportunities across Australia. Through a disciplined in-house approach spanning investment, development and asset management, Quintessential actively manages office and industrial assets across the property lifecycle.

Our Story

In 2010, Shane Quinn and Harry Rosenberg founded Quintessential with a vision to take a more considered and relationship-led approach to commercial property investment, grounded in integrity, trust and long-term partnerships. Recognising an opportunity to place greater emphasis on active management and tenant experience, they established a business focused on disciplined decision-making and long-term thinking.

Today, Quintessential continues to apply these principles across investment management, property regeneration and asset management throughout Australia.
