This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly active real estate investment platform with a national mandate across office and industrial assets.
Working within a lean and high-performing transactions team, you will play a key role in evaluating, executing and managing acquisitions and divestments, while partnering closely with investment, finance, development and asset management teams.
The role offers exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, significant deal responsibility and direct interaction with senior decision makers, investors and capital partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support acquisition and divestment activity across a national portfolio
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and investment analysis
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes from inception to completion
- Prepare investment memoranda and transaction papers for investment committees and senior stakeholders
- Analyse market trends, transactions and sector performance to support investment decisions
- Assist with negotiations, transaction structuring and execution activities
- Coordinate advisors including legal, valuation, agency and technical consultants
- Support asset repositioning and divestment strategies
- Maintain transaction pipeline reporting and deal tracking
- Assist with stakeholder engagement across investors, lenders and capital partners
About You
You will likely possess:
- 3-6 years' experience within property transactions, investments, corporate finance, advisory or funds management
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience preparing investment papers and transaction recommendations
- Exposure to commercial property transactions, ideally office and/or industrial assets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong commercial judgement
